You can support the important work that the Trust does in a number of ways:

You can give the Trust money at no extra cost to yourself if you shop online. By installing the Easyfundraising toolbar, the next time you shop online certain retailers will give an extra donation to your nominated charity. We have created a help sheet to show you how easy it is in setting this up. easyfundraising guide

You can donate money to the Trust through Paypal too, this method is easy and simple with all money going directly to the Trust. You can decide how much you would like to donate with all donations being used to progress works within the Forth District. Click here to be taken to our Paypal donation webpage or click on the donate button located on the homepage of our website.

You can also donate via Cheque, simply post a cheque to our office address made payable to The River Forth Fisheries Trust.

Leave a Legacy

You could leave a legacy to the Trust to continue work improving the Districts rivers long into the future.

Types of Legacy

A pecuniary legacy is a gift of a specified sum of money.

A residuary legacy is the remainder of your estate once all other bequests have been distributed and debts cleared.

A specific bequest is the gift of a particular item that you want to leave to a charity e.g. paintings, antiques, jewellery.

A contingent bequest is a gift in your will that is dependent on something that may or may not happen, for example that the beneficiaries named in the Will die before the Testator (person who made the Will).

The simplest way to leave a legacy is to consult your Solicitor and include it in your Will. The information you need to leave a gift to the River Forth Fisheries Trust is our name, address and registered charity number (SC040311). If you would like to discuss this further then please contact our office on 07592 511395.
